Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

Flawless Fitness Apparel currently accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. Check back later for other methods of payments. 

Q. When will my order arrive and how can I track the shipping?

Once your order is dispatched and confirmed processing time is between 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed please allow 7-10 business days to arrive. Tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Q. What do I do in the event that my order is not received?

Please follow up with your local USPS to check on your order. Flawless Fitness Apparel is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged items by USPS.

Q. What is the return policy?

Flawless Fitness Apparel only accepts returns or exchanges if there was an error on our part. Only if we send you out the wrong item. All SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Q. Do you have a physical store?

We currently are an online apparel company but keep checking back for when we launch our store options.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?

Please check your tracking number for shipping updates.

Q. Do I  need an account to order?

No, all you need is an email address.

Q. How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary. The shipping cost is determined by weight, size, and destination of the package. However, if you purchase over $100 your order will qualify for free standard shipping.
